Phoenix Metropolitan Area · AI business development rep for healthcare sales
Monday, 7 am.Your pipeline is empty, and someone is about to spend the week on Google again.
You sell to clinics, therapy offices and specialty practices. Every new account starts the same way: find the practice, find the main line, write the email, remember to follow up. A sales rep does that for $45,000 to $60,000 a year, and half the week goes to the list before a single call.

Who should we reach this week?
- Blu · 7:02 am
140 practices in the Phoenix area match your list, 20 in each of seven specialties: urgent care, physical therapy, pain management, two kinds of podiatry, family medicine and mental health. Every one has a listed main line. The first email and a call opener are written for each. The first ten are ready for your review.

Read them. Changed one line. Sending the first ten now.
What the rep does
It finds the practices you sell to. It searches the public CMS provider registry, the national list every healthcare provider is on, by specialty and city, and keeps one entry per practice in each city even when a group has many provider numbers. Google Maps listings can be added for websites and reviews.
It ranks them by how well they fit: the specialties you serve, how close they are, and whether a contact is listed. It writes the first email and a short call opener for each, in your words, with one line about that specialty's real problem. A practice manager reads about their own world, and no draft is a copy of the last one.
It plans the follow-ups: an email on day 0, a call on day 3, a second email on day 7 and a last touch on day 14. Each morning it lists who is due. When someone replies, books a meeting or says no, it stops their follow-ups that day and never asks them again.
It never sends anything on its own. You or your team read every message and send it. It counts what happened and gives you a monthly report: practices found, contacted, replies and meetings set. The code and the data are yours.
What it costs
BDR: $2,500 to set up, $750 a month. One territory, up to seven specialties, about 20 new practices a week with the first email and call opener for each, the follow-up plan, a monthly report, and a monthly tune of the wording. Your team sends.
BDR Pro: $4,500 to set up, $1,250 a month. Everything in BDR, plus several territories or segments, Google Maps details (websites and reviews), a weekly export for your CRM, and a 30-minute review call with me every month.
For a billing company, one new practice at a typical fee covers a year of BDR. You own the lists and the drafts. Leave any time and keep them.
Before you pay anything, tell me who you sell to and I will send you a private page of real practices in your area, the first emails, and the follow-up plan.
Questions sales teams ask
Where do the leads come from?
The public CMS NPI Registry, the national list of healthcare providers, plus Google Maps listings when you want websites and reviews. Phone numbers are the main lines the practices list publicly. Nothing is bought or scraped from a private source.
Will it email people for me?
No. It writes and plans. A person on your team reads each message and sends it from your own email. That keeps your domain safe and every word yours.
Can it find the decision maker by name?
Sometimes the registry lists an official for the practice, and the rep notes it for whoever calls. It never guesses a name or invents a title. The call opener asks the front desk for the practice manager.
What if someone says no?
Log it once and the follow-ups stop that day. An opt-out stays an opt-out: the rep matches the practice by name and city, so it is not added back in a later search.
Which areas and specialties?
Any city and specialty in the registry. The sample lists are built for the Phoenix area first, and your list uses the specialties and cities you actually sell to.
Do I need new software?
No. Each week you get the list, the drafts and who is due today. It exports to a spreadsheet for whatever CRM you use.
Tell me who you sell to.
I read every message myself and send you your sample list, usually within a day. Nothing is charged until you say yes.
