Build Terms
Plain English.
No surprises.
These are the terms that govern every Blu Print Solutions build. They mirror the Statement of Work I send before any project starts — the SoW is the binding contract; this page is the human-readable version of the same thing.
Seller of record: Blu Print Solutions — Arizona — Last updated 2026-06-10
One flat fee per build
Every build is a fixed price — $750 for Starter and Salon, $1,500 for Pro (All-In-One), or a custom quote for scope outside those tiers. No hourly billing, no per-seat fees, no retainers.
Payment is split in two: half when you accept the Statement of Work and half on delivery. Work begins when the first payment clears.
Scope is fixed in writing before work begins
Before I start anything I send you a plain-English Statement of Work — a short document that says exactly what I'm building, what's not included, and when it ships. You read it and reply "I accept" to start.
Your reply is a valid electronic signature under Arizona's Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (A.R.S. §44-7007). No DocuSign required — your email reply is binding.
All sales are final once your build begins
Once Discovery begins and work is underway, the engagement is non-refundable. I've allocated time, infrastructure, and build capacity to your project — that can't be returned.
Exception: if you cancel within 24 hours of acceptance and before Discovery begins, you receive a 90% refund (10% is retained to cover payment-processing costs). This window is tight — if you have doubts, ask questions before you accept.
If I fail to deliver what the Statement of Work describes due to reasons in my control, you're entitled to a refund of work not yet done or a credit toward a future engagement.
You own the deliverable
When the project is complete and fully paid, the configured assistant, its knowledge base, and any custom content built for your business are yours. You own them. I retain the underlying systems and tooling — the platform that makes the build fast — but everything specific to your business belongs to you.
I may reference this engagement in my portfolio (anonymously if you request it during Discovery).
Timeline and responsiveness
Timelines start from acceptance: 10–14 days for Starter, 14 days for Pro, 10 days for Salon. If you go quiet during Discovery for more than 7 days, the timeline pauses. After 30 days without response I may close the project — at that point no further refund is owed.
I stay responsive. If something's running late on my end I'll tell you immediately, and you'll have the option to receive a refund or credit for incomplete work.
Governing law
This work is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any dispute is resolved in the state or federal courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
My total liability is limited to the fees you paid for this engagement. I'm not liable for indirect losses, lost revenue, or business interruption.
Your data and privacy
I only collect what I need to scope and run your build — your name, business name, email, and the content you choose to share (hours, services, pricing, policies). I don't collect anything else, and I never sell or share your information or your customers' information with anyone.
The content you give me is used solely to build and tune your assistant. It is never used to train anyone else's AI. When the project is complete and paid, your knowledge base and configured assistant are yours.
Conversations your assistant handles exist so you can read them and so it can serve your customers — they stay yours. If you ever want your intake details or project data deleted, email me and I'll remove what I hold.
Questions before you start?
You talk to the person who builds it. If anything here is unclear or you want to understand what a build actually covers before you commit, send a note.
The intake form is the only contact channel — it reaches me directly.
