The form is not a contract

Submitting "Start your build" asks for a written scope that names the result and the fee. Nothing is charged, and no work starts, until you approve that scope. Prices shown on the site are the published fees: Desk $3,500 to set up and $650 a month, Desk Pro $6,500 to set up and $950 a month, the calendar add-on $1,000 to set up and $99 a month. A custom scope gets its own quote.

How a build is paid

The setup fee is due to start. The monthly is billed in advance, one month at a time, and you can cancel any time. The written scope says what happens to the setup fee if the desk cannot be brought live and answering. This website does not take a card. Payment happens only after you approve the written scope.

What you own

You own the code and your data. The monthly is us running it: hosting, the confirm line, refreshes and support. Leave any time and keep it. There is no per-seat fee. The written scope says what "done" includes.

Timing

The site says a Desk is live in 10 days for a salon and 10 to 14 days for other businesses, and Desk Pro in 14, counted from your yes. The date that binds is the one in the written scope. It opens when you approve it.

If you stop

Before you approve the written scope, nothing is owed. After you approve it, that scope is what says what has been paid and what is still due. You can cancel the monthly any time; the code and your data stay with you. This page does not replace it.

What the desk will not do

It does not invent a price, a diagnosis, or an open appointment. A question outside what you gave it is handed to a person. A medical or other regulated practice that needs a specific certification has to say so before the build. I will not claim a certification I do not hold.

Your customers' information

Conversations on the desk you own stay yours. They are not sold and not used to train anyone else's model. What this marketing site itself collects is described in the privacy policy.

The preview on this site

The chat in the story on the homepage is a scripted example. The linked demos are separate, live agents for demo businesses. Neither one is your front desk.
