Phoenix Metropolitan Area · Salon Flow for nail salons

2:00 pm.Her chair is empty. She forgot.

A gel fill booked two weeks ago. Nobody reminded her, nobody asked if she was still coming, and Linh waited with the lamp on. That hour does not come back. Salon Flow makes sure every appointment is confirmed the day before, and that every client who leaves happy has the next one booked.

What Salon Flow does

Confirms every appointment the day before. One text in the client's language: English, Spanish or Vietnamese. YES confirms it. NO gets a friendly line asking for a better day, so the chair can go to someone else in time.

Tells the tech when the client walks in. Your front desk taps arrived, and the tech gets a text with the client's card: the service, shape, length, last color and any note, like "likes it quiet". No digging through old texts.

Asks every client to rebook before they forget. At checkout the client gets one text offering the same time in three weeks, when the gel grows out. YES sends the request; the salon confirms the time.

Asks every client for a review, the honest way. Every client gets the same message, whether the visit was great or not. Some tools only ask the happy ones; Google's review rules forbid that, and it can cost a salon its reviews. If someone rates you 1 to 3, you hear about it the same day, privately, so you can fix it.

Sends you one report a month. How many appointments, how many confirmed, no-shows, how many rebooked, average rating, your busiest day and hour, and your top services. Plain numbers you can read in a minute.

We set it up and run it. You never touch a computer for this. Clients who reply STOP never get another text.

What it costs

Salon Flow: $1,500 to set up, $299 a month. Confirmations, arrival texts to your techs, rebook asks, review asks and the monthly report, in English, Spanish and Vietnamese. We load your services, techs and clients, register your texting number, and run it.

With a Blu Desk: $199 a month added to your Desk. Setup is included when you start both together.

Text messages are included up to 2,000 a month. You own your client list and every message. Stop any time and keep it.

Questions nail salon owners ask

Do I need new booking software?

No. We start from the book you keep now, paper or app. If your booking app can export appointments, we connect it; if not, your front desk adds them in a simple list.

Does it text in Vietnamese?

Yes. Each client gets texts in English, Spanish or Vietnamese, whichever they choose. You read every message before it goes live.

Will it text my clients late at night?

No. Client texts go out between 9 am and 8 pm. Anything due at night waits for the morning.

Why ask unhappy clients for a review too?

Because Google's rules say every customer must be asked the same way. Asking only happy clients can get reviews removed. You also hear about every low rating the same day, so you can make it right.

Can I try it first?

Yes. Ask for a demo: we run a full day for a made-up salon and you see every text it would send.

Tell me about your salon.

How many chairs, how you book now, and how many no-shows hurt you last month. I read every message myself and answer within a day. Nothing is charged until you say yes.
