Sigh Privacy Policy.
Effective October 29, 2026
Blu Print Solutions LLC, Goodyear, Arizona ("we"). Contact: jordan@bluprintsolutions.net.
Sigh is a place to say the thing you keep inside, without a name. This policy says exactly what we keep.
What we collect
- The words you post, the time you posted them, and a position in the space (two numbers).
- An install id: a random number your phone makes the first time you open Sigh. It is not your device id, not your Apple ID, not your name. It lets you take back your own post, limits each phone to one vote and one report per post, and slows down floods (ten posts an hour). Delete the app and it is gone.
- Your taps on "heard you", reports, blocks, and poll answers, each tied to that install id.
- Hidden posts and your listener preference stay on your phone only.
- Keep my words (off by default): if you turn it on, your own posts and the listener's replies to them are saved as plain text files on your phone, in a folder you can see in the Files app and export. We never receive that folder. It uses the open all41n14lla memory format so other tools you choose can read it. Turn it off or delete the folder at any time; deleting the app deletes it.
What we do not collect
No name, email, phone number, contacts, photos, location, advertising id, analytics, or crash reports. We do not use cookies or tracking. We do not sell or share data for advertising.
The listener
The listener is off until you turn it on and agree. When it is on, the text of that one post is sent to an AI model (Google Gemini, through Google's API) to write one short reply. Only that post is sent: no id, no history, nothing about you. Google's API terms govern their handling; we do not allow the text to be used for advertising. If the post reads like a crisis, the reply is a 988 message and the post is marked for a human (us) to read. Turn the toggle off and nothing is sent.
Who can see what
Everyone with the app sees posts that have fewer than three reports. Nobody, including us, sees which phone wrote which post as a person; we see only the random install id. We (one person) can read posts, reports, and flags to keep the space safe.
Where it lives and how long
Posts are stored on Supabase servers in the United States. A post stays until you take it back, until three reports hide it, or until we remove it for breaking the rules. Hidden and removed posts may be kept for review for up to 90 days, then deleted.
Your choices
Take back any post you wrote from this phone. Block any voice. Delete the app to drop the install id. To ask for removal of a post you can no longer reach, email the address above with the post's words; we remove it within 7 days.
Age
Sigh is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly keep posts from anyone under 18; if you believe one exists, email us and we remove it.
Changes
We will post any change here with a new date. Material changes show inside the app before you post again.
