Sigh Terms of Use.
Effective October 29, 2026
Between you and Blu Print Solutions LLC, Goodyear, Arizona ("we"). Contact: jordan@bluprintsolutions.net. By using Sigh you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. Who may use it
You must be 18 or older. Sigh is not for anyone under 18.
2. What you may post
Your own words, about your own life. You may not post: names or identifying details of any real person; phone numbers, emails, addresses, or links; threats, harassment, hate, or sexual content involving minors; spam, ads, or anything you do not have the right to share; anything that breaks a law. We may remove any post and block any install that breaks these rules, without notice.
3. What everyone can do
Report a post (three reports hide it for everyone), hide a post, block a voice (you never see that install again), and take back their own post. We read reports and act on them within 24 hours. There is no objectionable-content tolerance: see section 2.
4. Who owns the words
You keep ownership of what you write. You give us a worldwide, royalty-free license to store, show, and moderate it inside Sigh, ending when the post is removed. We never attach your identity to it because we do not have it.
5. The listener
The listener is an AI, not a person. It reads one post and writes one short reply. It is not a therapist, counselor, doctor, lawyer, or crisis service, and its words are not advice. Replies may be wrong or unhelpful. You can turn it off before you post. If you are in danger or thinking about ending your life, call or text 988 in the United States or your local emergency number. Sigh is not a substitute for care.
6. Other people's posts
Posts are written by other users, not by us. We do not endorse them and are not responsible for them. We act on reports as described above.
7. No warranty, limited liability
Sigh is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to one hundred US dollars. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for anything another user posts or does.
8. Ending
You can stop using Sigh at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend or end access for any install that breaks these terms.
9. Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you agree to that venue. Where the law allows, you agree to bring claims only individually, not as part of a class action.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; the date above changes when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
11. Apple
This app is available through Apple's App Store under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content and has no obligation to provide support for it.
