Phoenix Metropolitan Area · AI front desk for clinics

Monday, 8 am.Walk-ins are at the counter and a new patient asks which forms to bring.

Two people are checking in, the phone is ringing, and on your website a new patient asks whether you take walk-ins and what to fill out before coming. Reception gets to the chat at lunch. She went to the urgent care that answered.

A clinic front desk at 8 am, a stack of new-patient intake forms and a phone confirming a 10:30 visit.
  1. Patient · 8:04 am

Hi, do you take walk-ins? I'm a new patient. Is there paperwork I should do first?

  2. Blu · 8:04 am

Yes, walk-ins are seen in order of arrival, and mornings are the shortest wait. New patients fill out the intake forms at the link on this page and bring an ID and insurance card. Leave your name and number and the front desk will text you when to come in.

  3. You · 8:20 am

Hi Mai, come by 10:30 this morning with the forms done. See you then.

What Blu does for a clinic

Blu answers the office questions that fill your phone line: walk-ins, hours, which insurance you take, what a new patient brings, where to park, how to get results. English, Spanish and Vietnamese, from the office information you give it. It gives no medical advice. A symptom question gets the same answer every time: call the office, and if it is urgent, go to the ER.

It takes the request: the reason for the visit in the patient's words, the day and time, a name and a number. One text to reception. Your staff confirms the appointment. The patient hears the office will text back, and it does.

It knows where to stop. Results, prescriptions, a billing question, anything about a record: Blu hands the thread to your staff and says so. The chat is never for emergencies, and it says that too.

It runs on your own website, and it is yours. The code and every conversation belong to you. A person in Goodyear refreshes your office information, hours and openings every month, answers your texts, and can sit down with you in person when you want to go through it.

What it costs

Desk: $3,500 to set up, $650 a month, live in 10 days for salons, 10 to 14 for other businesses. Answers in English, Spanish and Vietnamese and sends you every request; you confirm. Hosting, the confirm line, a monthly refresh of your menu, hours and openings, and support by text.

Desk Pro: $6,500 to set up, $950 a month, 14 days. Everything in Desk, plus the guided booking flow (services, add-ons, 2 to 3 guests, openings that fit), a knowledge base with cited answers, and a tune-up every quarter from real chats.

Calendar add-on: $1,000 to set up, $99 a month. Real openings from your Google Calendar, read-only. You still confirm.

You own the code and your data. The monthly is us running it. Leave any time and keep it. Custom scope (voice, integrations, more knowledge bases) gets its own quote.

Your Desk is live in 10 to 14 days, counted from your yes, and it opens only after you watch it pass the check we run together.

Questions clinic owners ask

Can it tell patients whether we take walk-ins today?

It tells them your walk-in policy and hours as you wrote them. Whether a clinician is free right now is your staff's call, so the request goes to reception and reception answers.

Does it send new-patient forms?

It shares the form links and arrival instructions you approve. Patients fill the forms through your existing process. Nothing medical is collected in the chat.

Will it ever give medical advice?

No. It handles office questions and appointment requests. A symptom question gets one answer: call the office, and if it is urgent, go to the ER. It never invents a diagnosis, a price or a policy.

What about HIPAA and compliance?

I will not claim a certification I do not hold. Built in from day one: it answers nothing outside the information you gave it, and anything about a record, a result or a payment goes to a person. If your practice needs a specific framework, we scope it in before anything is built.

What does the clinic demo show?

A chiropractic office with a real desk: hours, what to bring, an auto-accident question answered from the office's own pages. Your desk uses your office's information instead.

How long until it is live, and who owns it?

Live in 10 to 14 days from your yes, after it passes a check with your own questions. You own the code and your data. The monthly is us running it; leave any time and keep it.

Tell me about your clinic.

I read every message myself and email you a written plan, usually within a day. Nothing is charged until you say yes.
