Phoenix Metropolitan Area · AI front desk for hotels

11:04 pm.A guest lands late and asks how check-in works after the desk closes.

Flight delayed, bags in hand, she is on your website asking how to get in after hours and where to park. Your night staff is helping someone in the lobby and the chat sits. She calls the hotel next door.

A hotel side entrance at 11 pm, a key envelope on the ledge, a suitcase, and a phone showing the arrival steps.
  1. Guest · 11:04 pm

Hi, my flight was delayed. I have a reservation tonight. How do I check in this late, and where do I park?

  2. Blu · 11:04 pm

Late arrivals are welcome. Guest parking is the lot behind the building, free, and the side door is the after-hours entrance. Leave your name and the phone number on the reservation and the desk will text you the arrival steps.

  3. You · 11:09 pm

Hi Dana, you're all set. Your key envelope is ready at the side door. Welcome.

What Blu does for a hotel

Blu answers what guests ask at night: late arrival, parking, breakfast hours, the pet policy, whether the pool is open, early check-in. English, Spanish and Vietnamese, from the arrival instructions and policies you give it. If a question is about tonight's availability or a rate your sheet does not carry, it says so and sends it to the desk.

It takes the request: the dates, the room type, how many guests, a name and a number. One text to your desk with all of it. The desk confirms. The guest hears the desk will text back, and the desk does.

It knows where to stop. A refund, a complaint about the room, a group booking, anything about a guest's payment: Blu hands the thread to a person and says so.

It runs on your own website, and it is yours. The code and every conversation belong to you. A person in Goodyear refreshes your rates sheet, hours and policies every month, answers your texts, and can sit down with you in person when you want to go through it.

What it costs

Desk: $3,500 to set up, $650 a month, live in 10 days for salons, 10 to 14 for other businesses. Answers in English, Spanish and Vietnamese and sends you every request; you confirm. Hosting, the confirm line, a monthly refresh of your menu, hours and openings, and support by text.

Desk Pro: $6,500 to set up, $950 a month, 14 days. Everything in Desk, plus the guided booking flow (services, add-ons, 2 to 3 guests, openings that fit), a knowledge base with cited answers, and a tune-up every quarter from real chats.

Calendar add-on: $1,000 to set up, $99 a month. Real openings from your Google Calendar, read-only. You still confirm.

You own the code and your data. The monthly is us running it. Leave any time and keep it. Custom scope (voice, integrations, more knowledge bases) gets its own quote.

Your Desk is live in 10 to 14 days, counted from your yes, and it opens only after you watch it pass the check we run together.

Questions hotel owners ask

Does it know which rooms are open tonight?

Only what you tell it. Desk answers from the room types, policies and the openings list you give it each week. The Calendar add-on reads real openings from your Google Calendar, read-only. Your desk still confirms every reservation.

Can it give a guest the door code?

No. It explains the arrival steps you approve and tells the guest the desk will text them. Codes, keys and anything tied to a reservation go through your staff.

Will it change or cancel a reservation?

It passes the request to your desk with the guest's name and dates. Your staff changes the reservation. Blu never cancels, refunds or rebooks on its own.

Which languages does it speak at the desk?

English, Spanish and Vietnamese, from the same arrival instructions and policies. You read the answers in all three before it opens.

Is there a hotel demo?

There is no public hotel demo yet. Ask for a walkthrough and you will see a hotel desk answer a late arrival with your own policies.

How long until it is live, and what stays mine?

Live in 10 to 14 days from your yes, after it passes a check with your own questions. You own the code and your data. The monthly is us running it; leave any time and keep it.

Tell me about your hotel.

I read every message myself and email you a written plan, usually within a day. Nothing is charged until you say yes.
