Phoenix Metropolitan Area · AI front desk for hair salons

Saturday, 9 am.You are mid-color and the website chat asks about balayage.

The first client is in the chair, foils going in. On your website a new client asks whether balayage needs a consultation first and if there is anything today. Your phone is in the drawer. She asks another salon.

A hair salon station on a Saturday morning, a phone on the mirror shelf with a balayage consultation confirmed for 2:30.
  1. Guest · 9:02 am

Hi! Do I need a consultation before balayage, and is there anything open today?

  2. Blu · 9:02 am

Balayage starts with a short consultation, so the stylist can see your hair first. Saturday has a consultation opening this afternoon. Leave a name and number and the salon will text you to confirm.

  3. You · 10:15 am

Hi Ana, this afternoon works for the consultation. See you at 2:30.

What Blu does for a hair salon

Blu answers the questions a salon gets while your hands are busy: whether a service needs a consultation, how long a cut and color takes, what a gloss costs if it is on your menu, whether you take kids or walk-ins. English, Spanish and Vietnamese, from your own menu and policies. If a price depends on length or a look at the hair, it says so and sends the question to you.

It takes the request the way your desk would: the service, a stylist if the client has one, the day and time, a name and a number. One text to you with all of it. You confirm. The client hears the salon will text back, and the salon does.

It knows where to stop. A color correction, a question about a product reaction, an unhappy client from last week: Blu says a person will answer and hands you the thread.

It runs on your own website, and it is yours. The code and every conversation belong to you. A person in Goodyear refreshes your menu, hours and stylists' days every month, answers your texts, and can sit down with you in person when you want to go through it.

What it costs

Desk: $3,500 to set up, $650 a month, live in 10 days for salons, 10 to 14 for other businesses. Answers in English, Spanish and Vietnamese and sends you every request; you confirm. Hosting, the confirm line, a monthly refresh of your menu, hours and openings, and support by text.

Desk Pro: $6,500 to set up, $950 a month, 14 days. Everything in Desk, plus the guided booking flow (services, add-ons, 2 to 3 guests, openings that fit), a knowledge base with cited answers, and a tune-up every quarter from real chats.

Calendar add-on: $1,000 to set up, $99 a month. Real openings from your Google Calendar, read-only. You still confirm.

You own the code and your data. The monthly is us running it. Leave any time and keep it. Custom scope (voice, integrations, more knowledge bases) gets its own quote.

Your Desk is live in 10 days, counted from your yes, and it opens only after you watch it pass the check we run together.

Questions hair salon owners ask

Can a client ask for a particular stylist?

Yes. The request carries the stylist's name and the client's preferred day. You confirm who is free. Blu never promises a stylist's time.

Will it quote a color service without seeing the hair?

No. It gives the starting price if your menu lists one and says the stylist confirms after a look. Anything that depends on length, condition or a correction goes to you.

Does it answer in Spanish and Vietnamese too?

Yes. English, Spanish and Vietnamese, from the same menu and policies. You read the answers in all three before it opens.

What do I send you to start?

Your service menu with prices and times, your hours, your stylists and what each one does, your policies for deposits, late arrivals and cancellations, and the phone that should get requests.

Is there a hair salon demo?

The demo on this page is a nail salon with a real desk; a hair salon desk works the same way with your menu. Ask it about Saturday and watch how the request reaches the owner.

How fast is it live, and what if it is not for me?

Live in 10 days from your yes, after it passes a check with your own questions. You own the code and your data. The monthly is us running it; leave any time and keep it.

Tell me about your salon.

I read every message myself and email you a written plan, usually within a day. Nothing is charged until you say yes.
