Phoenix Metropolitan Area · AI front desk for nail salons
11:04 pm.A guest writes in Vietnamese: two gel fills, Saturday.
Your salon closed hours ago. She is on your website, phone in hand, asking whether two friends can get gel fills side by side on Saturday. Nobody answers. By morning she has found a salon that did.

- Guest · 11:04 pm
Chị ơi, thứ Bảy tiệm còn chỗ không? Em với bạn muốn làm gel fill, hai người.
Any openings Saturday? My friend and I want gel fills, two of us. - Blu · 11:04 pm
Yes. Saturday has 10:30 am and 2:00 pm, two chairs side by side. Leave a name and phone number and the salon will text you in the morning to confirm. - You · 8:02 am
Chào em, thứ Bảy 10:30, hai ghế cạnh nhau. Hẹn gặp em!
Hi, Saturday 10:30, two chairs side by side. See you then!
What Blu does for a nail salon
Blu answers the questions a nail salon gets at night: gel or dip, how long a full set takes, whether you take walk-ins, what a removal costs if it is on your menu. It answers in English, Spanish and Vietnamese, from the menu, hours and policies you give it, and only from those. If a price is not on your menu, it says so and sends the question to you.
It takes the request the way your front desk would: the service, the day and time, how many guests, a first name and a phone number. Then it sends you one text with all of it. You confirm the chair. The guest hears that the salon will text back, and that is what happens.
It knows where to stop. A nail art design that needs a look, a question about a reaction to a product, a complaint about last week: Blu says a person will answer and hands the conversation to you with the whole thread attached.
It runs on your own website, and it is yours. The code and every conversation belong to you. A person in Goodyear refreshes your menu, hours and openings every month, answers your texts, and can sit down with you in person when you want to go through it.
What it costs
Desk: $3,500 to set up, $650 a month, live in 10 days for salons, 10 to 14 for other businesses. Answers in English, Spanish and Vietnamese and sends you every request; you confirm. Hosting, the confirm line, a monthly refresh of your menu, hours and openings, and support by text.
Desk Pro: $6,500 to set up, $950 a month, 14 days. Everything in Desk, plus the guided booking flow (services, add-ons, 2 to 3 guests, openings that fit), a knowledge base with cited answers, and a tune-up every quarter from real chats.
Calendar add-on: $1,000 to set up, $99 a month. Real openings from your Google Calendar, read-only. You still confirm.
You own the code and your data. The monthly is us running it. Leave any time and keep it. Custom scope (voice, integrations, more knowledge bases) gets its own quote.
Your Desk is live in 10 days, counted from your yes, and it opens only after you watch it pass the check we run together.
Questions nail salon owners ask
Does Blu really answer in Vietnamese?
Yes. English, Spanish and Vietnamese, from the menu and policies you give it. You read the answers in all three before it opens, and you can change any line.
Will it book a chair without asking me?
No. It takes the service, day, time, number of guests and a name, and sends you the request as a text. You confirm. Nothing is promised to the guest until you say so.
What if a guest asks for a price that is not on my menu?
It says that needs a look and a quote, and sends the question to you with the guest's message attached. It never guesses a price.
What do I need to give you to start?
Your menu with prices and times, your hours, your policies for deposits, late arrivals, removals and kids, and the phone that should get requests. A photo of the menu on the wall is enough to begin.
Can I see one working first?
Yes. The salon demo on this page is a made-up salon with a real desk. Ask it about a gel fill on Saturday and watch how the request reaches the owner.
How soon can it open, and what if I stop?
Live in 10 days from your yes, after you watch it pass a check with your own questions. You own the code and your data. The monthly is us running it; stop any time and keep it.
Tell me about your salon.
I read every message myself and email you a written plan, usually within a day. Nothing is charged until you say yes.
